2007-2008 Water Charges & Retailers

The Santa Clara Valley Water District is a water wholesaler. The following charges reflect what water retailers and agricultural users pay for wholesale or well water.

The 2007 Water Utility Enterprise Report:, llisted on the right, presents the financial and water supply information that forms the basis for the fiscal year 2007-2008 wholesale water charges. (Previous reports are also available).

2 Zone W-5 Deliveries = Sum of Basic User (Ag or Non-Ag @ $15.50 or $255.00)+ Water Master ($11.75).

3 Minimum Charge W-2 = 0.75 X Basic User W-2 (Non-Ag @ $475.00).

4 Minimum Charge W-5 = 0.75 X Basic User W-5 (Non-Ag @ $255.00).

5 Treated water charge for contract and non-contract deliveries is the sum of the basic user charge ($475.00/AF) and the treated water surcharge ($100.00/AF).
